The City of Sacramento and 27 other government partners are promoting the Startup in Residence (STIR) program. STIR connects startups with government agencies to help startups secure contracts in the public sector.
There are 80+ challenges for startups to solve across areas such as mobility, data analytics, AR, geo services, and resiliency. The 16 week, mostly remote residency begins at the end of January 2019.
They are looking for as many startups from the area as possible to participate. Even if your area of expertise does not fit within the City of Sacramento’s challenges, you are encourage to apply for another challenge.
