Landlords are also prohibited from suing for back rent until March 31, 2022 if a tenant has applied for rental assistance. Apply by clicking the button below. More information and program flyers are available in Spanish, Hmong, Russian, Chinese and Vietnamese at www.shra.org/sera. Applicants can email sera@shra.org with questions or call 916-449-1266.
